4.2 Coaching Services

If you are dissatisfied with the coaching services you received, please contact us within 7 days of your first coaching session to request a refund. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer a partial refund depending on the services rendered. Refunds for coaching services will not be granted after 7 days from the first session.

4.3 No Refunds for Subscription or Membership Fees

If you subscribe to a recurring coaching package or membership, no refunds will be issued for charges made for any month that has already begun.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Coaching Session Cancellations

You must cancel any scheduled coaching sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled session.

5.2 Subscription Cancellations

To cancel a subscription or recurring service, please contact us via email at knightbrothersrunning@gmail.com. Cancellations should be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

6. User Content

You may submit feedback, reviews, and other content to the Website ("User Content").
